Notify-send for Windows. Troubleshooting

Notify-send requires .Net Framework 4

Make sure, that it is installed.

Notify-send ignores the option timeout (-t)

This setting is deprecated in Windows Vista.

Notifications will be displayed depending on your system accessibility settings.

Application title in Notification Center is always notify-send.exe

If you need to change it, rename the executable file.

-a APP_NAME: sets tooltip text, displayed when you hover over the notification icon.
